Everything you need to know before booking your Prom 2026 session.
How do I book my prom session?
Simply fill out the booking request form on this page — select your package, add any desired add-ons, and submit your details. Our team will follow up within 24–48 hours to confirm availability and finalize your session date and time.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible — prom season fills up fast. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance is strongly encouraged to secure your preferred time slot.
Where will the session take place?
Sessions can take place at a location of your choice — whether that’s your home, a park, a venue, or any other setting that fits your vision. You can specify your preferred shoot location in the booking form. Our team is flexible and will work with you to make it happen.
What is included with each package?
Each package varies in session length, deliverables, and media type. Our packages range from the Prom Snapshot (20-minute session, 8 edited images) all the way to the Ultimate Prom Experience (up to 1 hour, cinematic highlight film, drone footage, luxury vehicle coverage, 50 edited images, and more). How many people can be included in the session?
Most packages cover individual and couple portraits. You can indicate the number of people in your group in the booking form. Larger groups or groups requiring extended coverage should consider the Prom Experience or Ultimate package, and can also add extra coverage time as an add-on.
What are add-ons and how do they work?
Add-ons let you customize any package with extra services — drone coverage, additional 30 minutes of session time, 8 extra edited images, luxury vehicle photos, express 24-hour delivery, additional social media reels, graduation graphic design, or a custom magazine cover design. Simply check the ones you want in the booking form and they’ll be added to your session.
When will I receive my photos and videos?
Standard delivery is within 5–7 business days of your session via an online gallery. If you need your media faster, add Express 24-Hour Delivery for +$75. Your package details will specify the exact delivery timeline during booking confirmation.
What if my prom date changes or I need to reschedule?
Life happens — we understand. Just reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date. Rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours in advance can typically be accommodated based on availability.
Is a deposit required to secure my booking?
After your booking request is confirmed by our team, a deposit may be required to officially reserve your session date. Our team will provide payment details and instructions during the confirmation process.
Do you provide social media-ready content?
Yes! Several packages include social media ready images and vertical reels optimized for Instagram and TikTok. You can also add an additional social media reel to any package for +$50. All content is professionally edited and ready to post.
