Only clients who hired can review
A review cannot be posted without a completed hire recorded on the platform. This is what stops competitor and revenge reviews.
Reviews belong to one guide
A review is tied to the specific guide profile it was written for. It does not transfer if that guide changes vehicle or parish.
Score plus written feedback
A rating on its own tells a visitor very little. Written feedback is what actually helps the next person decide.
Moderated for abuse
Reviews are checked for abuse, personal information and off-platform contact details. Guides can flag a review for investigation but cannot delete one.
